The 'advertised' ride was sort of done. Mark and Jim started in Novato and met up with a group (Linda, Don and...) at Hicks Valley School. From there it was Marshall to Tomales and back via Chileno Vly, I think. Pretty much the reverse of the scheduled ride. Yours truly headed out in the opposite direction from Petaluma hoping to meet the others in Tomales. I got there about 10:30 but missed them as they had arrived a little earlier and had just left. Oh well. Each of us had a good ride and I had fun looking at the crowd in Tomales (the annual Founder's Day celebration was this day) before returning.
